Your Challenge
To drive our sales and appearance in horticulture we take the next step in our growth. We are looking for someone who is eager to actively develop and expand our activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switserland). Preferable we like to add France to this list as well. You are able to translate horticulture to technology. You not only build sales in the region, but we like to hear your input for further product and service development as well.

We are looking for a person who acts as an entrepreneur. You are a self-starter and you are able to take the responsibility for your region. You have a drive for success and you can set your own goals. You recognise the necessity of sales and you know that acceptance takes time in greenhouse horticulture.

Competencies
After a thorough onboarding period, you will start working in your region and we will have every confidence in your performance. To fit well into our team and perform this exciting role, you have the following competencies:
- You have a demonstrable higher education qualification
- You have work experience in horticulture and you have a network in the specified region
- You are able to work independently and take responsibility
- You speak the languages spoken in the region (at least English and German)
