Office Assistant
OGL Quality Services B.V. is a quality inspection company based in the region of Rotterdam responsible for the QC of overseas produce such as top fruit, stone fruit, exotic fruit and more for one of the biggest European fruit and vegetable importers.
In order for us to meet the high quality requirements of the food retail trade, uncompromising quality control of our products over the entire supply chain is our top priority. We are looking for someone to support the team as soon as possible as
Full-time Office Assistant (M/F)
Your tasks:
- Assisting daily office operations
- Assiting and managing international projects
- Invoice management
- Preparing evaluations
- Management of our internal software system
- Inventory of office supplies
Your profile:
- You appreciate responsibility
- You have a pro-active attitude
- You work in a structured way and are solution driven
- You like to work in a multi-lingual team of experienced people
- You are fluent in English
